Look on google for energy supplements and you will find over a thousand of them. The most popular component of these energy supplements is a stimulant, usually caffeine and a bunch of vitamins. Now, we can skip all of these expensive pre-workout energy drinks and instead use nootropics for energy, focus, motivation etc.  Here I will look at natural supplements for energy.

Energy is absolutely vital to function in our everyday lives. We use energy just to get ourselves up and out of bed. From there we will expend much more energy just to get to the end of our day.

We need energy for memory, focus, our moods, motivation, our creativity. Nootropics can help with all of this and there are plenty of natural and synthetic nootropics proven work.

If you go to the gym like me you know that to get a good workout and see results you need to go hard. Now, you don’t need to preen in front of a mirror, just workout and workout hard.     • Apart from getting it from the source, you buy it online.  Here you can get a pretty pure source of Rhodiola.  From a store, not so much.

    • I would go for Acetyl-L-Carnitine first because it has a direct effect on your muscles.  Whether you are running, going to the gym or just going about your day, you use your muscles and they, in turn, contribute a lot to you becoming tired.
