Introduction to my Lumonol Reviewlumonol review

Lumonol is a Natural Nootropic Stack not all that long on the market. It’s made by Avanse Nutraceuticals. What drew me to this one was the number of 5 star and other really good reviews From those who know nootropics.  This Lumonol supplement review may surprise you.

I’m truly amazed that Lumonol is not as popular as some other stacks, but take one look at the ingredients along with the reviews and I had to take a look.

Lumonol is made to do three things. Improve your cognitive energy, increase your working memory and sharpen your focus. Sounds good so far. They have handpicked ingredients from the Ayurvedic healing system and added Noopept to them.

What Lumonol hopes you will use it for is as a study aid, a morning energy booster, something to help protect your memories, to calm your nerves when you are feeling stressed and nervous.

Focus Blend Ingredients

When looking at the relatively small list of ingredients compared to some other successful stacks, don’t be fooled. There is no attitude of ‘fewer number for higher potency’ in this formula. There are a few ingredients here that you don’t see all that often that they have chosen to put into their product. They are of high quality and are also potent.

Instead of Choline Bitartrate, they use CDP Choline and instead of American Ginseng, they decided on Panax Ginseng.

Acetyl L-Carnitine vs. L-Carnitine:

Avanse uses Acytle L-Carnitine because is the preferred form of Carnitine for brain and nerve support because the acetyl group enables the molecule to cross the blood-brain barrier more easily.

CDP Choline vs Choline Bitartrate

Avanse uses CDP Choline because it is a more efficient source of Choline for providing the Acetylcholine. CDP-choline benefits the cognitive decline in people suffering from Alzheimer’s disease. It is very efficient because of its ability to pass through the blood-brain barrier with relative ease. CDP Choline is great for leaning ability and improved memory and is great for brain health.

Phosphatidylserine (PS)

It is a phospholipid nutrient present in all our cells but especially in our brain cells. PS has been extensively researched in humans, animals, and cultured cells, and is the most proven nutrient for memory.

  • Improves Memory and Learning: in double-blind clinical trials, it improved verbal fluency and enhanced learning and recall of names, faces, words, and numbers.
  • Drives Major Brain Neurotransmitter Systems: PS promotes the actions of 4 major brain neurotransmitters:  dopamine, serotonin, acetylcholine and norepinephrine.
  • Promotes Overall Brain Health: It is essential for our brains not only to make energy but to manage its cell connections. PS promotes brain health from childhood through adulthood.

Found commonly in energy drinks and is a natural amino acid which gets used up when we are in a stressful situation. Taking Tyrosine will help prevent the effects of stress when in a stressful situation.

Noopept is not technically a stimulant. It does have a lot of the same benefits as stimulants, though. It can improve our focus, mood, motivation, memory, learning, and decrease our anxiety levels. Unlike prescription stimulants, Noopept is not addictive and has few side effects.

Ingredients of the Energy Blend

Panax Ginseng

Maybe known as Red Ginseng.  It is an adaptogen that helps fight the mental and physical effects of stress. It also acts as a tonic, increasing overall energy and stamina.

It is also known as N, N-dimethyltyramine an alkaloid mainly found in plants such as barley.

Consuming Hordenine increases response to noradrenaline, and the effects of noradrenaline are increased energy and focus.

Today, 70% of guarana produced is used by the beverage industry in soft and energy drinks.

It is a major source of caffeinated stimulation, yet some research indicates Guarana may have cognitive enhancing benefits even without caffeine.

One study found that people who took a vitamin supplement guarana felt less fatigued while completing several tests, compared to those who took a placebo.

More research has shown that guarana may improve learning ability and remember.

One study looked at the effects of different doses of guarana on mood and learning. Participants received either no guarana or amounts of 37.5 mg, 75 mg, 150 mg or 300 mg (1).

People who received either 37.5 mg or 75 mg of guarana achieved the highest test scores. Since low doses of guarana provide low doses of caffeine, it’s believed that other compounds in guarana aside from caffeine may be partially responsible (1).

Ingredients of the Memory Blend

Ginkgo Biloba

Ginkgo Biloba is known for its very high level of antioxidants like flavonoids and terpenoids. This is considered to be the reason for the many health benefit claims it has.

Antioxidants fight to neutralize free radical damage. Free radicals are reactive particles our body produces during our normal metabolism for example digestion where food is converted to energy.

Antioxidants combat or neutralize the damaging effects of free radicals.

Ginkgo is used for poor concentration, memory loss, fatigue, mental confusion, depression, or anxiety.

Alpha GPC

Alpha GPC Choline or by its longer name L-Alpha glycerylphosphorylcholine is a natural compound of choline that helps to increase the amount of choline available to your brain. It delivers choline to your brain by bypassing the blood-brain barrier.

  • Improves immediate recall, reaction time, and mood
  • Improved attention
  • Protects brain cells and membranes
  • Supports optimal brain function
  • Decreases symptoms of Alzheimer’s Disease brain injuries, stroke, vascular dementia, and Parkinson’s disease.
  • Helps the body create more Acetylcholine, which makes learning and retaining new information easier.
  • Help your muscles work better during exercise allowing an easier gain in muscle strength.
  • It helps your body produce more growth hormone so that your bones and muscles grow strong and remain healthy.

Side Effects

According to the manufacturer and most users, Lumonol doesn’t have any side effects. Lumonol is produced in a GMP-certified lab in the USA under the strict supervision of the FDA. The lab is also regularly inspected. The manufacturing process is safe and modern.

This is a safe supplement manufactured in an FDA approved lab. All the ingredients of Lumonol have been classified by the FDA as safe. The website offers recommendations on dosages.

Cycling is recommended and suggested as 90 days on and 30 days off.

Pregnant or lactating women are advised not to take Lumonol and as I always say, children should not take it.

To Wrap it Uplumonol review

Lumonol is one product that really impresses me.   The three different blends all in one didn’t seem like it was legit, but I was wrong. It is very legit

Boosting your memory takes a little time so don’t expect magic after taking it for a day or two.  It does take a little time.  But wait.  There is a quicker benefit and that is concentration.  You will notice enhanced concentration and focus a couple of hours after your first dose.

As the ingredients build up in your body and fill gaps in what is lacking, you definitely will feel you remember information easier and that brain fog that followed you around at times?  Nope, gone.

Lumonol is a good product in my mind and worth the money.  Remember that your memory won’t be any different for a while so don’t quit, it will in time.

  1. You’ve written a very comprehensive article here! I feel like I now know everything I need to know about the Lumonol Supplement. Now I can make an informed decision about whether or not to try it. It’s great that it has such awesome pros and no cons! Almost unbelievable. You say that most users have not experienced any side effects. Does that mean that a few have? If so, what were they? I don’t know if you have any information on that but it would be interesting to know. Thanks for a great post.

    • For most natural supplements including those that are classified nootropic the side effects are usually down to headache, a little nausea, and maybe dry mouth.  These are generally associated with first time use and/or taking larger than recommended doses

  2. Thank you for sharing with us this great review on Lumonol Supplement. Our body needs food to be healthy but to find natural food these days seems to be complicated.

I was amazed by the way Lumonol works with our body and I will use it to fight against my colonic fatigue.

    Best regards

    • Nootropics are amazing in the way they work.  There are so many natural ones we are yet to find and other synthetic blends we have yet to make.  Great stuff to come

  3. I am really great to see this review as I was looking to find some product that can boost focus. I can see that nootropics are very popular today and more and more people are looking for this type of supplements. I am a student and I am sure that this supplement will help me in my daily routines.

  4. This stuff looks great! I’m always looking for good ways to improve my energy when I wake up in the morning as well as maintain a solid memory. As I get older I think I forget more and more little stuff!

The container has about 30 pills and recommends 2 as the serving size. Does that mean I should be taking one each morning and evening, or two right when I wake up? What’s the recommended dosage cycle? And do I need to take it with food?

  5. Hi; Lumonol Supplement from your explaination seems to be a come to help us. There are many people around us, who we somehow believe to be normal, for whom Lumonol would be a good fit.

The chosen combination that relised the Lumonol Supplement, are ingredients that are tested and proven to be beneficial to the mentioned needs of the body.

When considering the many wear and tear of life, the brain needs its own booster. Let Lumonol do the boosting.

  6.  Another great review from you. You have done a great job with this article. Though I’ve never tried any nootropic supplement, I’m well informed about its use and it’s benefits . With the knowledge I’ve garnered I’ll be sharing this info with friends and family and i may soon check out one of this supplements.

  7. Have you tried the Lumonol? How long does it take for you to see the results? I am that one where I find that my focus is horrible. If there is a supplement that is natural like this ine and can helpme focus through work I would love it! Lately, could be from stress, i find that i forget things easily. For exam I walk to the next room to get something and I just forget why I was there. I find that it is hard for me to read some documents as well, I would just doze off and had to start all over again. Hopefully this products work. Thanks for the review.

    Happy Holidays

    • Lumonol is a great product and does work pretty fast.  Some say next day benefits and some say right away.  Every supplement is different in the way they work for different people.  Try it and see for yourself.  Nothing ventured nothing gained

  8. Whew!  That is a lot of information to take in, especially when all the ingredients that you list are new to me.  What has intrigued me the most is that there are only benefits to taking this supplement!  Especially all of the positive effects on the brain.  It almost sound too good to be true, but in this case since the FDA are involved, we are on the safe side!

I for one could use a mood enhancer and improvement to my short term memory, so this sounds like something that I should be looking further into. Have you had any experience with the product yourself?  Does it really improve mood and memory?

  9. Hi! Very interesting nootropic, it seems very good for use. It is pretty natural and it actually doesn`t have any specific side effects. I think it would be all right to use it in some more stressfull periods. By the way, I know very well one ingredient – Ginkgo Biloba, this is actually an ingredient from the tree Ginkgo. You made a good review, keep up the good work!
