My Introduction to Noocube Review
This is my Noocube review and it’s an intriguing one. The company tells us to expect a synergistic blend of amino acids, vitamins and other nootropic s ingredients. The idea behind Noocube is to enhance your focus, give your brain a speed boost, improve cognitive functions and enhance your memory.
Where Noocube comes into play for us is when we are off. We maybe overworked and stressed, maybe exhausted, or your eating habits are not good. This is where the cells in our brains suffer and may not be working the way they should.
Noocube will boost Acetylcholine production resulting in better focus and clear thinking when not at your best. If you are a person who needs to focus or concentrate regularly for long periods of time and begin to wear out, taking this stack regularly you will keep your acetylcholine at a peak level that will allow you to keep that focus and concentration, memory, and creative thinking.
For the most part, all the ingredients are well researched and clinically proven and there is no caffeine. I do like that it is missing because sometimes when a product says you get a brain boost from their mix, it’s just the caffeine talking. Take 2 in the morning, wait a half hour to an hour and you have full effect for up to 10 hours. That’s a pretty impressive claim.
When I look at the ingredients, they seem to be spot on, but then I’m not sure of the amounts in a couple of them. For example, Alpha-GPC is only 100mg.
Now we need to look at the ingredients of which all seem to be pretty good.
NooCube is a blend of number (7) ingredients, most are very potent nootropics that are there to enhance our brain in many ways. Each of these ingredients is very good on their own and are sold individually and very successfully. Putting them together can only make them better.
Alpha-GPC is a choline-containing phospholipid and I like when I see this as an ingredient in a commercial stack simply because it has great bioavailability and is the most powerful choline source for increasing our levels of acetylcholine.
Acetylcholine is critical in the function of neuron cells allowing them to process signals they get much quicker. If we get low in acetylcholine there will be negative instead of a positive effect on our emotions, critical thinking, focus and concentration.
Not only do we have acetylcholine as a neurotransmitter, but we also have many others playing varying roles in our brains. Acetylcholine is so influenced by Alpha-GPC making it perfect for our vital cognitive abilities are at peak.
This gem is of great help to acetylcholine and a detriment to acetylcholinesterase. What do I mean? Huperzine A improves our memory by increasing levels of acetylcholine. The enzyme in our brain called acetylcholinesterase breaks down acetylcholine and Huperzine A inhibits the production of it. Combining this with Alpha-GPC raises the levels of acetylcholine very efficiently. This will improve our memory and other cognitive functions listed below.
- Better memory
- Improved concentration
- Enhanced mental clarity
Cat’s Claw is officially called Uncaria tomentosa and contains quite high amounts of antioxidants. Antioxidants protect your cells against the effects of free radicals which are dangerous molecules produced when your body breaks down food. Free radicals can cause damage on a cellular level in our brains. Antioxidants move through our cells and as they find free radicals they eliminate them.
As we age free radicals cause a lot of damage so the advantage of the antioxidants will slow down the effects of ageing and any damage caused by these free radicals. It’s benefits and uses in this stack are:
- Cognitive performance
- Brain health
Bacopa is mainly used to increase your brain power naturally and to help against anxiety. The anti-anxiety effects decrease ones stress symptoms and at the same time creates a feeling of calmness. Having these qualities makes it a great general relaxant and quality sleep promoter. People who take Bacopa Monnieri wake up feeling fully rested and refreshed.
When many people think of Bacopa, they think of memory enhancement and rightly so because it is the most well-known benefit of this herb. You have to stick with it for a while as many studies have shown that memory improvements take up to 4 – 6 weeks before taking full effect, but when they do the results are significant.
Alzheimer’s patients have been known to respond well to natural treatments including Bacopa Monnieri.
Oat Straw is another natural nootropic supplement with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It has a very large variety of cognitive benefits because of these properties. It doesn’t take days to feel any effects of oat straw, instead, almost right away.
Brainwaves; we have four of them. There are alpha, beta, delta, and theta waves. We are interested in the theta waves which give us a positive mental state.
Dopamine, a neurotransmitter that helps regulate feelings like how we feel and think as well as our overall brain health.
MOA-B is an enzyme that regulates dopamine levels in our brain. The problem is when we get older MOA-B lowers dopamine way too much which can negatively affect our cognitive function. Oat straw inhibits MAO-B which allows for our dopamine levels to remain normal.
Some say L-Theanine is ‘meditation in a capsule’ or in a bag of green tea. The use of green tea for therapeutic benefits goes back a long way in China to almost 5,000 years ago. The Japanese are so into their green tea they have a ceremony for it and a tea house specifically for green tea.
L-theanine causes an increase in ALPHA wave activity, the brainwave state associated with relaxation and attention.
It is also a recognized anxiolytic (anxiety reducer) that has been shown to improve our quality of sleep and improve our mental and physical stress symptoms by producing a feeling of calmness, reduced heart rate and blood pressure.
This increase in alpha- waves promote relaxation without drowsiness or sedation. Alpha brain-wave production also happens during deep meditation, when all sensory inputs are minimized and our mind is generally clear of unwanted thoughts or distractions.
L-Tyrosine is a naturally occurring amino acid with a lot of terrific benefits for our brains, stress, and mood and is the precursor for dopamine, adrenaline, and norepinephrine. These neurotransmitters are three of the most important we have.
Dopamine is involved in pleasure and reward and in playing an important roll in our mood and motivation. Adrenaline is our drive and focus, and norepinephrine muscle recovery and blood flow. These last two together modulate our blood pressure, heart rate and even blood sugar.
There is research that says taking L-tyrosine as a supplement can increase our energy, boost our mood, enhance cognition, and increase our motivation. Because we don’t need this amino acid in extra amounts when at a normal healthy state, it is more beneficial when we are under either physical or environmental stress.
Benefits of L-Tyrosine:
- Mental Sharpness While Sleep Deprived
- Cognitive Enhancement Under Stress
- Better Working Memory

After years of studying these supplements and how they act when mixed together you will be happy to hear there are no real side effects. Wait! What about the headache or upset stomach so many supplements report as side effects? They are not side effects they are issues you will run into if you take to high a dose.
Yes, you can end up with digestive issues, nausea, and or headache from Noocube, however as I said, these appear with users who take higher doses that are not recommended or too high when first starting out.
My recommendation is always to start on the low side, get used to it and then move up as you need to to get the effect you expect.
The company recommends taking 2 a day in the morning with breakfast. I as I mentioned in side effects recommend starting lower to prevent some annoying problems you can run into taking something like this for the first time.
Start low, get used to it, wait for any issues to go away (they do), then start to go with two per day, but never go up higher than four. The bottle won’t last long if you take four either.
To Wrap it Up
This is a good nootropic stack with well known, well-researched ingredients, but not the best forms of some of the ingredients. However, it does give you better concentration and you will notice a boost in your overall cognitive ability.
I only wish they would have used perhaps better versions of some ingredients and that the dosage of Alpha GPC was higher than 100mg.
This product has been tested over and over and has a ton of great user reviews. Go get you some!
